We sing, “Joy to the World, the Lord is come. Let earth receive her king.” At some level the only joy our world can ever know comes when the King rules. This season of Advent is about placing our lives under the “Lordship of Christ” as the evangelists would say. It is about knowing the values of Christ, finding the rule of Christ. Only in that place can there be “joy to the world.” Join us this week as we continue our look at the truth of God With Us and remember that God With Us Brings Joy.
